First Product Management hire; spent first year scaling Clipboard Compete from 0-1 before transitioning to management of a dual-track product mandate to and through Clipboard’s acquisition by Compass
Rapid execution of Integration strategy (Core Platform team)
- Spearheaded an industry-first SIS/EMS (Student Information System/Extracurricular Management System) integration from the Clipboard side, directing the Platform squad to deliver the foundational Compass data sync within a single school term and unblocking the parent company’s primary strategic objective.
- Cemented Private school market share for Compass, and Public/Systemic Catholic market share for Clipboard, by successfully onboarding “lighthouse” clients (including Ascham, Carey Baptist Grammar School, and Brisbane State High School) to the integrated platform
- Scaled technical architecture: Ensured seamless functionality for entire Sports and Music tuition programs at XXL schools (1,000+ student enrollments) while maintaining an industry-leading annual churn rate
Portfolio Strategy & Revenue Growth (“Apps 2” team)
- Directly oversaw a $3.8M+ ARR portfolio of Clipboard’s lucrative additional modules, managing their end-to-end product lifecycle (Compete, Activity Selection, Timesheets across 280+ enterprise schools and associations.
- Secured B2B Association revenue by launching & scaling ‘Compete’ from 0-16 live Associations within the first 12 months, delivering $160K–$320K (AUD) in net-new annualised revenue and the ever-elusive B2B network effect of securing both the Sporting Association and the reduction of churn risk from the schools in it.
- Drove a 58% module attach rate (140 of 241 Schools utilising multiple add-ons); Scaled user engagement in Activity Selection to over 18,100 monthly operations for Activity Selection; ensured 3,110+ Coaches & Music Tutors had a reliable, compliant way to log their Timesheets (Timesheets unique WAU).
